PLOT OWNER INFORMATION

To keep costs down so we do not have to raise prices any sooner than need be, we are now digitally signing deeds and emailing them to the righful owners. Each plot owner can then print out their deed. If a plot owner does want a paper deed mailed to them, please email us at rhermance@att.net with the proper mailing address and a paper deed will be mailed to you at no cost.

- The  Town of Rosendale mows and maintains the cemetery ground. Any questions about mowing and/or maintenance should be directed to the Town Highway Dept. at 845-658-9851 or highwaysuper@townofrosendale.com. It takes a great deal of time to mow the property and the men using the mowers can not get off of the mower and move flowers or other ornaments by the grave stones. For this reason, we ask that you think about the mowing operations when you decide how you will arrange flowers, etc. around you grave stones. The men on the mowers will only mow as close as reasonably possible. Any questions about burial operations or mapping should be directed to cemetery superintendent Floyd Craig at 845-658-9181. Questions about deeds should be directed to cemetery president Richard Hermance at rhermance@att.net.

ANNUAL PLOT OWNERS MEETING IS 1RST FRIDAY IN MAY OF EACH YEAR, 7PM, AT THE CEMETERY.

Please report any suspicious activity in cemetery to Rosendale Police (845-658-9000) along with vehicle plate numbers.

There are several local contractors who provide the service of power washing headstones and grave sites. You may feel free to call any of these gentlemen for pricing and availability. These men are private contractors and are not employees of the cemetery. The cemetery does not get any payment from them for the services they provide for you.
